Cummins South Pacific Workshop, Warehouse and Office
We were responsible for the structural and civil design of a new multipurpose building in Muswellbrook, NSW consisting of a warehouse, two-storey office and various smaller structures. The structure was made up of an economical combination of steel portal frames and trusses, suspended concrete floors, lightweight cladding and precast concrete panels.
The civil design of site included above and below ground on-site stormwater detention, as well as grass lined swales to improve water quality. The scope of work also included an erosion and sediment control plan for the construction phase.
BIS Industries Office & Workshop
We provided design and documentation for a new 4200m2 office & workshop building in Tomago, NSW. The structure consisted of portal frames with a clear span of 29m to maximise usable floor space. Stormwater management measures for the site included the design of a 270m3 detention tank and grass lined swales.
UWS Student Housing
We provided the structural and civil design for four building at the Bankstown Campus of UWS. The development consisted of accommodation for 220 people, as well as common facilities. The buildings were constructed from steel framing and precast concrete panels. We provided our designs in the form of 3-dimensional models to be integrated with the other aspects of the design, e.g. mechanical services. The civil design included stormwater management as well as parking and roadways required for the project.
AMPControl Corporate Office
We supplied the civil and structural engineering design for the new AMPControl corporate office in Tomago. The office is a large building constructed from steel and precast concrete. The civil works included road design and a large detention pond and associated drainage structures.
Cubby Hole Storage & Industrial Unit Development
This 64 unit development located in the sub-division extension to the Cardiff Industrial Estate, required our knowledge and experience in precast concrete wallpanel, steel and storm water management to provide a functional and safe group of buildings on a difficult elevated site.
